A typical Fusion Performers class is a fun, energetic and welcoming session designed to help children build confidence, creativity and performance skills through drama.

Sessions usually begin with a fun warm-up or drama game to get everyone moving, talking and feeling comfortable within the group. Children then take part in different activities such as improvisation, character work, storytelling, role-play, movement and expression games.

Throughout the session, the children are encouraged to use their imagination, share their own ideas and work together with others. They may create their own characters, act out different scenarios, work in small groups to create scenes or practise performing in front of the rest of the class.

As their confidence grows, children will also have opportunities to develop more specific acting skills including voice projection, facial expressions, body language, stage presence and remembering lines.

Most importantly, Fusion Performers is about creating an environment where children feel comfortable being themselves, trying something new and having fun without worrying about getting things wrong.
