Terms & Conditions

Registration & Booking.

● Registration must be completed via ClassForKids before a child can attend sessions.

● Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through ClassForKids

● Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

● A child’s place is not confirmed until payment is received.

Payments and Refunds 

● Refunds WILL NOT be issued for missed sessions unless: The session is cancelled by Fusion Futsal, or cancellation occurs within 7 days of a planned session.

● No partial refunds will be given for arriving late or leaving early.

● In the case of low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be cancelled. In such a case, a full refund will be made.

Arrival & Collection

● Parents/carers must ensure their child is dropped off and collected on time

● Only authorized adults listed on the registration form may collect a child unless otherwise organised prior to sessions.

● Late collection may incur an additional charge.

Health and Medical Conditions

● Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs in the ClassForKids registration form.

● Children who are unwell should not attend sessions

● In case of emergency, Fusion Futsal staff may administer first aid or contact emergency services.

Participant Code of Conduct

Have Fun: My main goal is to have fun, try my best, and help others to do the same.

Be Respectful: I will listen to my coaches, respect my teammates, and display good sportsmanship to everyone at Fusion Futsal

Listen and Learn: I will try my best to listen to instructions from my coaches and ask questions if I don't understand something.

Encourage Others: I will cheer for my teammates, celebrate their successes, and help them if they need it.

Respect the Rules: I will follow the rules of each session and the rules set by my coaches.

Take Care of Equipment: I will be responsible and respectful of both the futsal equipment and venue.

Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

Promote Positivity: I will provide positive encouragement to all players, including my own child and their teammates.

Respect the Coaches and Officials: I will respect the authority and decisions of the coaches and any staff. If I have a concern, I will raise it privately with the coach before or after the session

Encourage Good Sportsmanship: I will role model for good sportsmanship at all times, showing respect for all players, coaches, and other parents/guardians.

Communicate Clearly: I will communicate any concerns or important information (e.g., medical needs or lateness) with the coaching team in advance.

Ensure Safety: I will ensure my child is on time for sessions and collected promptly. I will also make sure they arrive with the correct equipment and water bottle.

Respect the Venue: I will respect the facility and its rules, helping to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

All Parents/Guardians and Participants are expected to follow the Fusion Futsal code of conduct. I understand that if I do not follow the Code of Conduct, any/all of the following actions may be taken:

● I may be issued a verbal warning from Fusion Futsal.

● I may be asked to leave the coaching venue by Fusion Futsal.

● I may be requested by Fusion Futsal not to attend future sessions.

Safeguarding & Photography

● Fusion Futsal is committed to safeguarding all children in our care.

● All staff are PVG-checked and trained in child protection, and a first aid trained staff member will attend each session.

● Photos/videos may be taken for marketing or social media purposes, but only with written consent from the parent/carer during registration.

Clothing and Equipment

● Children should arrive wearing suitable sports clothing and Indoor trainers.

● A refillable water bottle must be brought to every session.

● Shin pads are recommended for older groups

Data Protection

● Fusion Futsal complies with GDPR regulations.

● All personal data is stored securely and used only for registration, safety, and communication purposes.

● Data will not be shared with third parties without permission, unless legally required.

Contact & Communication

● Communication will take place via email or ClassForKids

● It is the parents' responsibility to stay informed via these channels.

● Urgent messages (e.g., last-minute cancellations) will be shared as early as possible.

Agreement

By registering your child with Fusion Futsal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge your responsibility to ensure your child abides by the rules of the programme.
